Paper Pumpkin – Advent Magic (4 of 4)!

To finish up the mini advent calendar using the Wrapped in Cheer Paper Pumpkin Refill, I couldn’t resist adding a touch of tongue-in-cheek charm! For these final two tags, I created striped bows with Stampin’ Blends — one in classic Real Red, the other in Granny Apple Green. Same technique, totally different moods.

Both tags feature the sprigs and berries from the kit, but the greenery on Tag 24 is simple and clean (almost minimalist). On Tag 25, I built a fuller layered cluster and colored in the berries, giving it a warm, vintage feel. Both tags feature the Gold Striped Ribbon (#165599) and the Alphabet a la Mode Dies (#160750).

It’s funny how identical supplies can take on completely different personalities — one tag feels nostalgic and cozy, while the other leans fresh and modern. That contrast is intentional. Whenever I design a series like this, I try to include a mix of styles so there’s something that speaks to every kind of crafter and every kind of gift-giver. A little playful variety keeps the whole advent calendar feeling lively and unexpected. See more at mycraftingworkshop.com.
